SFCA Clerks Conference 2020

29th Jan 2020 10:30 - 16:20 Eversheds Sutherland Offices, 1 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7WS

The annual Clerks Conference in London will blend expert keynote speakers and opportunities to hear from fellow colleges in a round table discussion or “rondevaal” format (conversations also led by experts in their field).  This one-day conference is suitable for Clerks/Governance Professionals in sixth form colleges and 16-19 Academies but governors from these institutions are also welcome to attend.  Delegates will hear from Bill Watkin SFCA CEO, the DfE governance team, senior partners at Eversheds and RSM as well as Paul Joyce from Ofsted.

Here is what some delegates said about the 2019 conference…

“As always as very well focused and relevant conference, excellent speakers on very topical subjects”

“As I am extremely new to the role it was very useful to meet with other Clerks from SFCs. The networking will be invaluable to me for support and guidance. The sessions were also very informative”

“I think this was probably the best Clerks' Conference I have attended”
